Art for the Soul:
Mindful Art:
The Mindful Art group is a place to relax with some simple arty techniques. Each session we complete a different project using a mindful art technique that will help you to unwind. Everyone is welcome, from beginners to the experienced. We ask for a suggested donation of £3 a session, with all the equipment provided for you. We meet 7-8.30pm in the Quiet Space at Hoylake Parade Community Centre. All session details can be found at: https://www.facebook.com/ArtfortheSoulHoylake
Prayerful Art:
The Prayerful Art group is a place to explore spirituality through creativity. Each week we reflect on a different theme, expressing ourselves using either pens, pencils or paint. Simple ideas are shared as to how you may like to respond to the theme, making it accessible to all. It's an opportunity to explore who you are and what you believe. We meet Thursdays, 2-3.30pm in the church hall. All session details can be found at https://www.facebook.com/ArtfortheSoulHoylake
